ALARM CENTRE

The reason why people increasingly deal with protecting assets is the fact the crime in Slovakia is growing every year.

When it comes to the protection of immovable property using technical equipment, it often takes a security solution which makes use of an Electronic Security System (ESS). It is a set of various types of detectors sensitive to motion, shock, heat or breaking of glass etc., which continuously protect the facility and, in the case of intrusion, transmit the facility intrusion signal via the ESS to the Central Security Station (CSS). Subsequently the operator evaluates the alarm, contacts the client or sends a vehicle with a properly trained intervention crew. After arriving to the location, the crew takes the necessary steps to protect the property and arrest the intruder.

The Central Security Station is a specialized workplace with a continuous 24-hour operation which receives and evaluates alarms from the electronic security systems. Our company offers connection of any security system, whether it be a family house, an apartment, an office building etc. Connecting the building to the CSS can fully or partially replace a physical protection.

CCTV system – is a system designed to a video control of the guarded facilities and premises. The area is monitored either by analogue or IP cameras so that the client is able to monitor the area not only on the screen in the protected facility but also through a communication system anywhere in the world.

A combination of ESS and CCTV is a recommended technical solution since the advantages of both technologies are combined. In such case, the CSS supervising operator can ascertain whether the facility has been intruded through a video footage and can thus assess whether the intrusion alarm is real or false. Moreover, evidence is acquired this way and in the event of intrusion of the facility the operator can provide particular information to the crew of the intervention vehicle and the police about the method of intrusion into the facility, the place of intrusion and the number of intruders, etc.
